The Hashemite King and the Palestinian people already owned the land as indigenous occupants of that land! The colonizing Zionist Jews, on the other hand, were foreigners (mostly of Khazar extraction) who had never owned or lived on that land. They were simply European Jewish colonizers who had NO legal title to any of this land! The UN proposed a partition of Palestine into a Jewish state and a Palestinian state. The Zionist rejected the UN partition plan and illegally and unilateral declared their independence. Zionist also rejected the UN Palestinian state and has been illegally occupying this land and also illegally building Jewish settlements on the UN Palestinian partition. The Red Cross has classified the Israeli settlement program as WAR CRIMES under the Geneva Convention!
