Hello: I am currently doing some DD on VIA. I like the assests they put together, the fact that they are debt free, have $15 million in the till and could raise another $18+ million if all the warrants get exercised, have two projects with economic intersections currently being drilled, have JV's with Kennecott, Cominco, Inmet-Denison, SOQUEM and Noranda. Exploration budget this year is ~$6 Million of which 50% is funded by its partners. VIA has excellent management which have a ~10% interest in the stock, not bad for the amount of shares outstanding (heavy European Institutional Following). Only a couple of problems: Current gold price and market uncertainty and amount of shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis could make it hard for the people I represent to take a major position until a further delineation is made on the Potential Economic Structure that VIA has intersected on the La Grande Sud Discovery. But all in all, a good (maybe very good to excellent) exploration pick. I would appreciate further input on this company. Thanks for Starting this category, bob
