Can you believe it! Susan Kalla at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. just upgrades Lucent to buy! I hope you all know the history of Susan Kalla. One of the biggest telecom bears there is. Who would have believed it... lol from briefing.com: Lucent Tech upped at FBR (LU) 4.57 +0.23: -- Update -- Susan Kalla at Friedman Billings Ramsey upgrades to BUY from Accumulate based on valuation and the belief that another warning is unlikely; firm says that customer checks and competitor crosschecks found no red flags indicating future revenue shortfalls, channel stuffing, or inventory issues. Price target is $7.
