<Not a good indication for the merger> Those believing that the suit vs the vote will upset the 'supposed-passed' merger - have got to be kidding themselves !! This increased spread is RIDICULOUS at this time -- the ARBS can & WILL make a lot of $$$$ today(now) because of this foolishness ! Wouldn't surprise me to see CPQ come ALL-THE-WAY BACK by day's-end from down .37 now !! JMHO
