If you think anything of Susan's opinion, as it appears you do, then take note of the tail end of her report: "The company has a potential risk of insolvency. In the event that Lucent does not meet our revenue and earnings expectations, it could potentially experience a shortfall in cash flow, which would force it to raise more capital or sell of assets. The company has a potential risk of default. In the event that Lucent does not successfully meet our earnings and cash flow projections, it could violate the debt-to-EBITDA covenants on its bank loans, notes, and/or bonds."
