While it's not iced, yet, this is excellent confirmation of a deal in the making. What is also good news is that Fitzgerald is in as CFO. Hopefully this means Boswell is out. Secondly, the merit of this investment are not the deal terms (although they are still attractive) but that there is a deal. . That is the outcome we need to increase overall value and shrink the competition in this sector. Thirdly, in light of these company comments, it must be that the ATlantis closing is with in sight. That was always a condition of the merger. Whether it still is or, not, I won't speculate. Fourth, we should expect the PGO/VTS spread to narrow dramatically; one up and the other down. If the resume trading this afternoon, I'm looking for PGO to go to $6 or higher.
