Jane I read the re adjusted merger, but as usual, it will take some time to figure out if it is good or so so. Only downside I see is .40 shares of VTS rather than .47, but looks to be offset by shares of some newly created holding company. The rest of it seems just to be as to who is going to sit on who's board and tiles. Ken
