P.S.: Regardless of Sharon's character, he won't be in power much longer. Elections can be held as soon as November, and since he hasn't had much of a plan, he's done. Netanyahu, who's more right-wing, should win. He wants to take out the PA, which is IMO the right move. He's also got a pretty spotless record (I think he was questioned over campaigned finance a couple of years ago, though). Last time he was Prime Minister, he tried for peace as well- he gave the Palestinians control of Hebron, which is the second holiest site in Judaism, hoping for peace which never really came.

Netanyahu is further right than Sharon? Are you sure?
