Point 1 is correct. Point 2 is also correct, but who wouldn't be angry in his situation?

As far as Gaza goes, it's gone, and Israel doesn't want it. The West Bank is a bit more tricky, because there are parts of it that if given away would make Israel extraordinarily vulnerable to attacks from the East.

Israel's a democracy. If there were more Arab citizens than Jewish citizens, it'd no longer be a Jewish state. That's exactly what the Arabs are going for.
