Jerome, Dave...prior to the announcement of the suit HWP was up about .50...then I saw the press release and HWP tanked. Here's the Dow Jonoes 10:09 headline (before the spike up): *DJ Walter Hewlett Files Against H-P Proxy Solicitation (MORE) DOW JONES NEWS 032802 10:09 AM I agree with you on that statement....but Wally ain't one of those critical thinkers....Anyone who pisses away about $35 million on a lost and worthless cause does not fall into the category of "critical thinker" The vote is probably going to be decided by 1% or less and you call that a "lost cause"? If it turns out that Carly won by buying votes and threatening loss of business, then it may yet turn into a "won cause". You have a good weekend as well. Happy Easter to all! Dave
