EduLink, Inc. Announces Agreement with The Kriegsman Group.   BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Mar 28, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EduLink, Inc. (OTCBB:MYIQ) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with The Kriegsman Group, an institutional division of Financial West Group ("The Kriegsman Group"), to render advice and assistance with respect to raising equity capital, financial consulting, planning, structuring, and business strategy. 
  The Kriegsman Group will assist EduLink in its efforts to secure additional financing required to implement its business plan, and simultaneously help to identify and secure new senior management personnel. Current Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Michael Rosenfeld, will step down as CEO once a new CEO has been retained
