Unless markets are self-perpetuating, it's going to take more new buyers to keep the bubble inflated. If your friend is right, who will be the new buyers after the cab drivers and everyone else are in the market? To say nothing of the 2YK computer problem. Wonder when the markets will start discounting that? Certainly by 01/01/20. Hmmmm....that's not very far away. Thomas
