Tench, Re: "I think the 'Droids just want a little distraction from the reality that AMD will paper-launch Thoroughbred on an Easter holiday." I don't know if that is realistic. I've never seen a product launch from either company that doesn't happen on a Monday-Wednesday. I think that if AMD does have Thoroughbred "ready" for paper launch, then they will do it Monday, the 1st of April, and call it close enough. Of course, the humor and irony of such a launch may be what's causing me to hope inside that AMD actually goes through with it. <ggg> It could be a lot of fun. :-) wbmw
