First an update of a potential market moving event i mentioned
a few months ago when i joined this thread with gold talk has
"happened" in the manner that "it did not happen."

The above is very off topic for what Dave Gore has created as focus
with purpose for this thread so no analysis or further facts appropriate.
With that said and myself not entering Dave's second contest
for reasons i gave being that simply i am not qualified to engage
in what you folks here do, tade these markets, there will be no reason,
in the manner for me to add to this thread, so like that 1950s cowboy
and indians show The Lone Ranger i will ride off into what seems
to be the sun un-setting on my pennies gold stocks as those here
might wonder who was that masked man with the golden silver bullet
that [may] win Dave's contest being in the top 3 :o)
Also, i'am inclined to think now that my suggestion to include
folks from that precious metals thread has as conclusion the
facts speaking for themselves in that it did not happen because
it was not a good idea. (or) Can't mix apples & oranges except
when making a fruit drink and then pinapples & bananas or my
favorite oranges & pinapple(especially as ice cream) is good idea.
As for using gold as a vehicle to trade these markets where gold
mining companies supply transporatation, then yes please visit
that precious metals thread i mentioned, and also eventhought

on this thread would welcome i'am sure the opinion of the person
voted here on Si as most bookmarked, being Zeev Hed, for his
thoughts in general on the precious metals with gold and silver
the ones most visual. Please note that long ago i detected in
Zeev a distaste towards running towards the end of rainbows
looking to find and capture that pot of gold :o) So based on that
Zeev will serve as a good Weather Vane to show the current direction
of any trend in gold and the un-mentioned here metal silver that
seems to have two winds of strong opinion blowing, one that there
is a present big over supply available, and the opposite situation.
Since i'am 100% Polish from Poland i guess i will have to find
an native American Indian outside my family tree to ride off with me.
