This is really fun: How come the tzar regulations of the then russian finland produced all those private telephone operators, just waiting for the great break-up of Ma-Bell in USA, greatest legal anti-trust case until recently?? Squeeze those neurons, and quack synchronously?? Ilmarinen Ok,OK, I admit I have watched too much of open phones on CSPAN lately. c-span.org And they don't even keep uptodate on these c-span.org but lot of goodies, the goal for even BBC c-span.org c-span.org c-span.org great american stuff, no?? (unluckily the goodies from 4-5 years ago is not around, anymore, 1996 legal stuff and even more orgastic, the 1988-92 stuff)
