I might add that the Russell 2000 has exceeded its Jan high and is nearly up to its 52-week high. That is where the rally is coming from, not from the NDX or QQQ. A case can be made that we are seeing a changing of the guard from the old INTC, MSFT, CSCO, etc. The question is who are the new generals who will set the pace from here on? Beats me!!!
