Yes, FCS in their PR they mentioned that they had never concentrated on these end markets and the product line was initially purchased from ISIL in March 2001. They said it made sense to sell to a more mainstream defense chip provider like IRF.

FCS is 2nd behind IRF in power chips. This is a small purchase, accreative and a nice fit with IRF. I think this is a very nice acquisition by IRF.
