Intriguing, The ESF and Treasury are Immune and basically can do whatever, whenever...DUH! so long as no big boyz, read ABX types don't file similar type claims as what 1st tier something er other..... I'm just figuring things are not as good as the powers that be proclaim to be and my pragmaticisim is what drives me to maintain holdings in the sector... who's gonna fail next, Japan, latin America, and of course the credit bubble/derivative bubble...but of course it's all waay "too big to fail"<ng> I'm sure Easy Al can print or hike his way outta all of it with a little help from friends....or maybe not? time will tell. C4T edit besides it can't be anymore rigged than the rest of the markets...PPT and all.and I seriously think the Japanese whom have been buying cause their currency is going to H-n-a handbasket ever even heard of Howe...
