Senator Robert Byrd pointedly asked Donny Rumsfeld how he had the nerve to ask for an extra $50 Billion for the War Rackets Department when they couldn't account for $2.3 Trillion that remains unaccounted for in the last 50 years of lying, cheating and stealing by the brass hats. Rummy had no good answers.
