Doubled up on my RSTN position in the mid 5's after the JNPR warning and thought the conference call after the RSTN report went well. I also like the fact that Paul Sagawa is bullish on telecom cap ex spending picking up in 2H 02. He was the ONLY analyst on a consistent basis to be ahead of the curve in telecom and has been spot on. When spending does pick back up RSTN should be one of the significant beneficiaries. I also watched the CEO interview on cnbc and he stated that they have no concerns regarding their cash burn rate going forward. He also mentioned being very bullish on his company's outlook for the metro market in 2003 assuming the economy continues to advance.
