I don't doubt the sincerity of the Pakistani people to want to be rid of these thugs, I work with several Pakistani nationals here in the US on visas, and I talk about these things with them. I don't doubt the sincerity of the Pakistani police to want to enforce law, and catch these terrorists. But you must admit the fact that these efforts are hampered by elements of the Pakistan military and the ISI, which created the Taliban and support and fund Islamic fundamentalism. Americans fear those elements in your country have, or will have, the upper hand. I hope for the better.
