Yes, they could just replace it with two or three pages of tariff rates. Just make it plain and simple how the USA wishes to continue to screw it's trading partners. There is only one way you get to accumulate the wealth of the world and it has nothing to do with freedom or democracy or any of that babbling B/S.

I am more convinced then ever that the wealth of the world is dependent on healthy trade. It is very much like how the econo physicists have set out. The amount of trade is like the temperature T in molecular energy.

We are already staring at a World wide depression imho. Your tariffs we help that become a reality.
