just received the latest copy of "The Drop", the Special Forces Assn magazine. Special Forces "A" Teams have buried small pieces of the WTC at various and important (to them) locations throughout afghanistan. the story of ODA (A team) 595 and how they participated in horseback cavalry attacks against taliban forces is incredible. Very nice memorial to the 4 Green Berets killed in Afghanistan and the 8 other SF soldiers killed while fighting in other locations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. i was reading yesterday about the $1,850,000 dollars 9/11 families are getting and recalled again the reward to Special Forces families for their sacrifice....the flag from their loved one's coffin. unclewest
