Johns Hopkins’ Microarray Core Facility Licenses InforMax’s GenoMax

NEW YORK, March 26 - InforMax said on Tuesday it has licensed its GenoMax informatics platform to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Microarray Core Facility.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Two weeks ago, InforMax named Andrew Whiteley president, chairman, and CEO. Whiteley takes over from Alex Titomirov, the company's founder, who is resigning from the company immediately, InforMax said in a statement.

Whiteley, who came to InforMax from Amersham, said he plans immediately to bolster his company's marketing efforts.
