Crossy: I agree: Especially since the Allied and NATO countries need to be properly equipped for any threat of bio terrorism, and need the best equipped labs in forensic criminology to catch terrorists. US Gov't and local Municipal spending on homeland security could be an extra boost on NBSC equipment. This is priority in the US, as well spending on equipment related to threats. CDC & Interpol especially, I would think. GITY RR
