Robert, we've been buying rstn steadily the last couple of weeks. It appears to us that RSTN is in the best position if telcos build out on the metro. And that probably will occur because of the threat from cable. In my neck of the woods, Cox Cable is offering everything--voice, tv, and internet--all because of RSTN's routers. It enables them to charge less and they are definitely taking business away from QWEST. This is not going unnoticed in other parts of the country and no one is positioned on the metro with as good and inexpensive a product as RSTN. Cisco isn't there.

It's going to be very interesting, the next 6 months. While the telcos had the business to themselves (CLECs self-destructed) they didn't have to worry about improving their systems. It's different now.

regards,

bt
