Tony: You do know where UMC is located, right? Taiwan, last I checked ;P And why, pray tell, should that be such a huge problem? I assume these guys know how to speak English (both Sanders' boys and Tsao's boys). 1. Corporate culture differences. 2. Language barriers all over the company. We're not talking a corporate merger here. The company I work for have several (close) relationships, including co-development of crucial software technology, with companies in other countries - both here in Europe and in the far East. 3.
