RB, I'm with you, the shots are like the fires of hell. Middle back - tween the shoulder blades. Have since found some nutri-cuticals that have releived the chronic pain totally for over a year. Works also on about half of my friends that have tried them. One fellow with history of progressive lamanectomy's (spelling) has reduced pian medicines by 70 percent. RB, be glad to send you some.
