The problem is that Israel tried to be nice and honor the Muslim holy sites there, so they agreed to not allow Jews there. Before Sharon went up there, he asked for clearance from the PA and got it. >Of course not and neither do I.......and that's what makes it unnerving. Each side keeps upping the ante like two children, and I think that someone.....the US, Britain, or the UN.......will step in and stop it when it goes too far. But I don't think that will happen. Israel is showing lots of restraint- more than I would in Sharon's shoes... but I guess we'll agree to disagree here. >BTW did you know that Jerusalem is now the largest city in Israel? I guess it overtook Tel Aviv sometime in the 90's. Nope. Thanks for the fact, though. P.S.: Isn't this a fun day in Israel? -Z
