OT Jacob (WPI), Two nonapprovable letters within two days is quite a blow. You are obviously not shy of blood! I hope it turns out to be an excellent entry opportunity for you. Do you happen to know where I can get statistics on FDA approvables/nonapprovables this year and how this number has been trending over the past several years? Also, do you happen to know how closely it is possible for an investor to time the event risk of an approval/nonapproval, i.e., is it possible to say with any degree of certainty that Company X will get a yea or nay from the FDA next Thursday on Drug z?
