I'm fairly certain that such actions would not quickly end terrorism against Israel. But playing nice with the terrorists isn't going to stop them either. Some of them will be deterred or stopped by such measures. Overall I think that whatever plan is put in place by Israel the terrorism will continue. Some plans work better then others at the margin but there is no available quick fix. Tim, so you think the best we can hope for is a kind of ongoing warring detente where the issues never quite get resolved? Like N. Ireland? ted
