I was completely WRONG when I suggested that the semi-equips would lag the SOX because their business recovery must lag the semi's business recovery. Jacob Snyder used the phrase "dumb money". Sam Citron has used the quote, "The market is a beauty contest where the object is not to pick the most beautiful, but to pick the one the other judges think most beautiful." My conclusion is that the "other judges" are the "dumb money".
