So do I! Amazing how quickly we get spoiled. We used to walk when possible rather than take a cheap Mexican cab. Now we rent a car. Sometimes a car with a driver! LOL! Most "first class" hotels, I've found, aren't really much better than midgrade. There are exceptions. One was the Sheraton in Cancun. And the amazing thing was it was only US $125 a night the last time we were there. Oh, and the Radisson Fort George in Belize City. About US $145.
