That doesn't necessarily indicate poor earnings are coming. It just indicates that they were finally able to sell some shares, and probably had wanted to for a long time for personal reasons, not because they expected something negative to be released. Sometimes investors read to much into insider selling, especially when a recent IPO has occurred and insiders are restricted from selling until a certain date. Smart investors are buying now, or bought Friday.
