I don't think he should be banned for espousing his view either...but from what I can tell he does lie...of course banning for lying would result in a nearly empty thread...<g>

Additionaly I believe what people find so odious about him is his judgement of the final dispensation of another person's soul.

As if he would KNOW such a thing.
