The key is getting approval is that a drug is safe and EFFECTIVE!. Myotrophin may meet the first criteria but fails the second based on the review panel's evaluation. FDA will not approve drug due to political pressure or DATELINE/National Enquirer type interviews/newsmagazine. The facts will get approvals. A tIND has been approved for Myo. Let them prove effectiviness there and then they will get approval which IMO will never happen. Rilutek is the only drug proven to date to work for ALS. Post your interview on the CEPH board. You may have better luck. By the way there was some insider buying activity reported by VICKERS reported in June 1997 for CEPH.
