No. Try a 44/17 slow STO and a 44 RSI. It may change your mind! That doesn't seem to have a lot of predictive power to me just seems to track what is happening.... In the E-Wave count it is theoretically possible that we are in wave 2 of the big wave C down on the NAS but it still should have a final C wave of its own up... before wave 3 of C down gets started.
