Neo, I think you and I went through this some time ago, and it probably would not profit either of us to get into it again. It is true that there is no concrete connection between FDR, and the unmilitary posting of the fleet in Pearl all at once. I don't think there has ever been any proof that one could hang his hat on, but if it is a rumor, it is a widely circulated, and believe, rumor.
