TP, Recheck my posts. The original moving of CINCPAC to Pearl was NOT what I was talking about. I was talking about when the fleet was on maneuvers just before the attack on Pearl, when the entire fleet was ordered into the harbor, but Halsey failed to comply with the order. Trying to twist time lines to suit your opinions, just will not work.

You, and I, will never agree on anything, so why wander the path of futility in a useless attempt. If I said there was sand on the beaches of Florida, you would claim they wear covered by coal.
