c.horn, Thanks for the link. It better explains what appeared to be happening to me at the hands of AOL. In talking to a RR tech, who was not afraid to speak out of turn, he said that they were required to provide a certain amount of band width to AOl for whatever purposes they chose, and vaguely, admitted that AOL was using RR, at the insistence of T/W, to play their little games, and get more subscribers by hook or crook.
