Is AMD pulling out of it's Dresden, Germany fab investment? A couple of people have told me they are but as far as I know AMD has not said anything.

If this is so this would be the second time AMD have gone back on an investment desision in Europe, the first being in the 80s when they even purchased the land for a fab in Ireland and then walked away when the market turned down.
