Elmer, I'm surprised you would employ such poor reasoning. You are trying to blame all lawyers to deflect Intel of any responsibility for acting like a bully. It is Intel, not the Yoga group, that is threatening suit. This is about the senior executives at a powerful corporation using their lawyers to scare small companies into conceding to all uses of the phrase "[blank]Inside." Intel should not own the phrase "[blank]Inside" when it used in a manner wholly unrelated to the computer industry.
