Speaking of that right's offering for SDT... I am fairly happy how it has performed, despite the volatlity of the O&G sector (it still holds a fair bit of that in it's portfolio).

I would like to know how you would account for taxes if you just sold the right's off and took the cash? I assume it would be considered a capital gain, as I have never been given rights before and would like to know.
