Gottfdried, The cash that CSCO has, IMO, is one of the reasons that I believe that it will continue to move higher, especially, with LU, NT, JNPR, etc being strapped for dollars. The ratio's, using the article and my calculation, really surprised me since CSCO turned out so strong. It and MSFT turned in the following ratios with both below a ratio of 1 to 1:

CASH FLOW RATIO CSCO jan 26, 02 0.76460724881

CASH FLOW RATIO MSFT 0.72197269134

AMAT can in with a CASH FLOW RATIO of 1.7378080953

This is one of the only problem that I see with AMAT along with approx. 65% of the institutions holding AMAT. If they happen to sell early AMAT will drop immediately as always. Now, we know why the stock held in the $40's the institutions were not going to let it drop. The question is with this early split how long will the institutions hold it. During the 96 and 98 cycles we all got in early and the institutions got in late.

Just my opinions.

Paul
