This is the communique released about the recent martyr from Tulkarem who created the Passover Massacre

Zionists would not enjoy security before our people enjoy it in practice

With the grace of Allah the martyr hero:
Abdul Baset Mohammed Qassem Odeh, 25, from the steadfast city of Tulkarm
was able to penetrate all Zionist security lines to arrive at Barak Hotel at 7.25 PM on Wednesday 13th Muharram 1423H – 27/3/2002AD in the city of Um Khaled called Netanya established on our occupied lands in 1948. He blasted his pure body amidst a gathering of Jewish settlers who usurped our cities and villages.
The Qassam Brigades thank Almighty Allah for success of the operation and affirms the following:
First: the operation is one in a series of big operations that the Qassam Brigades had prepared as a simple and modest gift to terrorist Sharon and his nazi government calling on him to expect more.
Second: what the Zionist entity and its ally America call “innocent civilians” are called in our Brigades and our Palestinian people’s lexicon settlers and usurpers of our lands. They will only receive death and displacement and if they wish to save their lives they have to pack up and leave before they regret it.
Third: our operation, which coincided with the Arab summit in Beirut, is a clear message to our Arab rulers that our Mujahid people have chosen their road and known how to regain lands and rights in full depending on Allah only. Our people do not accept other than Jihad and resistance as the main path to regain usurped rights.
Fourth: the Qassam Brigades affirm continuation of all kinds of Jihad and resistance employing all available means at the opportune time and place without paying attention to the inharmonious voices that call for halting our blessed intifada.
Fifth: occupation crimes against our people that are struggling for regaining usurped rights will not pass unpunished and we will spread death in lines of the Zionists everywhere in the streets, buses, hotels, restaurants and discos. They will not find a safe place until they leave our lands, cities and villages.
Sixth: this operation affirms how brittle is the theory of Zionist security in face our Mujahideen’s strong belief and Allah’s preservation of them. We tell the Zionists that your former and current leaders’ promises of security will never be achieved before the Palestinian people enjoy such security in practice.
And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
