Sailed, peddled, and paddled Hobie Kayaks Outback hobiekayak.com and Mirage in very light winds on Lake Natomas yesterday. Pedal efficiency was most impressive. Usefulness of sail indeterminate. Hobie's optional sail is rather small. Not recommended for winds above 10 knots. Couldn't decide whether I preferred Outback or Mirage.
