I disagree with what you wrote and I think you misinterpreted my bang. By bang was meant an a stability or increase in cap ex however small. That is what the street is waiting for. They want to see that cap ex has reached the bottom. And I say that cap ex reaches that bottom during this or next quarter. So if that is correct, now is the time to buy the sector.
