That's a kick going to the corrections page.

"The Enemy With a Thousand Faces," published Sept 13, 2001, originally stated
that the Taliban received $43 million from the United States to reward it for
condemning opium growing as anti-Islamic. In fact, the United States aid did not
go to the Taliban but to international aid organizations and NGOs.
