But I don't recall a .13 yield statement( other than 'more die per wafer' -- which is a given ) for Tbred -- which is, I think, what we're talking about. What I do remember from the 4Q01 CC is Jerry saying "The 130nm Athlons, which internally are codenamed thoroughbred, are widely sampled at customers, will commence production this quarter.". As far as I know, these chips won't be SOI and they're not low K either. The low K bag is and Intel feature, IIRC. But if you can come up with a link & quote I'd spend the time to read it & comment. tgptndr
