RE:"The low stock ownership by AMD insiders screams "We think AMD is a loser investment"." Despite your mostly nasty attitude...I agree with you 100% on this one. If the insiders really believed in the company they would hold the stock and facilitate the company making money and garner a greater return on their stock. As it is they just milk the company because they aren't smart enough to make any stock appreciation the right way. Of course this can be applied to a lot of companies... Jim
